The Corneometer CM 825 / MPA 580 is a small instrument used in Ori-Derm to measure the skin’s level of moisturisation. A small probe is placed flat on the skin’s surface (usually on the face or forearms) with light pressure. The probe will measure the skins moisture levels when in contact with the skin and this is most often performed at different time points after product application. Using the corneometer, we can take quick and easy measurements of the moisturisation of the skin after using a specific product.
